Maker Festival Toronto 2017 (500x500)

Maker Festival Toronto 2017

Celebration of Toronto's Tech, DIY & Maker Communities

Maker Festival Toronto 2017 - The main exhibit area

Maker Festival was held July 8 and 9, 2017 at the Toronto Reference Library. The event brought in hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of participants from across Toronto and the GTA.

PCBoard.ca was a proud exhibitor for the third year. We had a great time and truly enjoyed meeting as many as we could. As usual, we had a large assortment of LEDs and maker supplies which were very popular.

In total, the Festival spans an entire month. Over 100 events run by maker spaces, creative organizations and studios across Toronto. The Maker Extravaganza, at Toronto Reference Library, allowed makers to show off their process and projects.

Maker Festival brings together the GTA's most creative people and projects. Inspiring openness to possibilities, a sense of active participation in shaping our world, and a yearning for a more wonder-filled tomorrow.

We look forward to Maker Festival 2018 and all the next experiences and fun it will bring.
